The latest patch for Escape From Tarkov was Update 0.12.4, and it introduced a range of changes that mainly fixed bugs and issues.
The Flea Market, presets, handbook, stash, skills, and tasks screens have been updated so that they’ll no longer tank your FPS. The last update for Escape From Tarkov was released on February 22nd, and it reworked the menus so that the ever-present performance drops would be less common. There is also a planned NPC relationship feature. We can expect to see a new area added called the ‘Lighthouse’, with new raids and new NPCs.
